We are flying with a toddler, zoned as a lap child. With a layover each way.
We are optimistic about how good he will be on the flight. And in new surroundings. With a time change. And strange people he doesn't remember.
We have not purchased new toys/activity time sucks for said flight (yet).
We are not checking any bags.
We are, in addition, driving 5 1/2 hours one-way to go take our toddler to a National Park.
We think that this trip is an excellent idea.
We fly in 5 days.

We must be crazy, because...
